That’s what I’ve been asking myself after last November’s thumping, and hearing recent speakers at the annual Leadership Program of the Rockies retreat last week. The obvious answers are: Running good candidates, more effective fund-raising, and strong GOTV (get out the vote) efforts up to Election Day.
